Example: 8 General Participants registering after 30 Aug (early bird deadline) should use rate HK$980 x 8 = HK$7840. However, since 10 General Participants would only cost HK$780 x 10 = HK$7800, you will be asked to pay the lower total registration fee (i.e. HK$7800).
