Payment

– Participants may enjoy early bird discount if the payment is settled by 15 August 2009.

– Any online payment transaction made from 16 August – 18 September 2009 are subject to the standard rate.

Cancellation

– Any notice of cancellation must be received by the Forum Secretariat within one month from the transaction date and on or before 18 September 2009 by mail, fax or post. The refund, 50% of the paid registration fee, will be processed within one month from the cancellation request date.

– Requests for cancellation after 18 September 2009 will NOT be entertained and the registration fee will NOT be refunded.
