Registration and Admission

• Any person entering the conference area must wear a badge. All staff / representatives of your booth will have to register for the conference.
• In addition to the complimentary registrations included in the sponsorship and exhibition packages.  Discounted registration fee (HK$200 / participant / day) will be offered to members of sponsors and exhibitors.

For exhibitors entitled to designated speaking slots, please send your presentation file to the event management agency by email on or before 30 Sep, 2009 (Wednesday).  Please save your file as Microsoft Powerpoint 2003 version.

Souvenirs in Delegate Kit and Prizes for Lucky Draws

• Sponsors are welcomed to provide 800 sets of souvenirs for the participants.
• Lucky draw has been scheduled on Day 2 Closing Ceremony. Sponsors are strongly encouraged to support the event by providing prizes for lucky draw.
