- English is the official language of eHealth Forum 2009, except certain sessions;

- All abstracts must be included in the Abstract Submission Form;

- The completed Abstract Submission Form (with the abstract included) must be submitted by 17:00 Hong Kong time on 15 August 2009 via email at:

- Abstracts are due no later than 15 August  2009;

- All submissions will be reviewed by the members of Scientific Programme Committee;

- Authors are not required to sumbit their abstract presentation at this moment. But once they receive the notification of abstracts acceptance, they would be asked to submit thier PowerPoint files or any related presentation materials for review;
